Music has always been more than sound to me. Since I was a kid, it’s been a pull — to something deeper, stranger, realer. I never followed trends. I followed the tone behind the tone. The ‘80s, old tapes, raw shows, distorted truth on broken speakers — that’s where I come from. I had no gear, so I built it. I had no plan, just rhythm. I played because I couldn’t not. Now I make something I call Witchfunk — a haunted blend of dark disco, cursed funk, and underground groove. It’s not a genre. It’s a feeling. A spell you dance to. Someone once told me I still have something left to do in this life. Now I know: it’s this. I don’t play to be heard. I play to touch what can’t be said.
