It's one of the world's biggst TV shows and talent contexts - also one of the longest running (aloong with Italy's San Remo fest).
But Eurovision remains the show we love to hate. It looks easy, but some of the better songs are in fact extremely well-written and performed.
Despie what everyone thinks there is no formula as such - although the national TV partners clearly tend to stay pretty close to glitter, gay and easy choruses.
