Song Description
When I wrote this song in 2016, we had just barely made it through the global financial crisis. Yet the hope that those responsible had learned from their actions did not come true. When the so-called Panama Papers scandal became public that same year, it was clear: this system will not change on its own.
Change can only happen if we continue to demand accountability — from those who shamelessly profit for their own gain using our money.
“Where’s Our Money Gone?” is therefore a sharp, politically charged song that questions corruption, greed, and financial injustice. Through a series of pointed addresses to politicians, bankers, and officials, the lyrics voice as mine as well as public frustration over missing money and economic inequality. Repetition of the haunting question “Where is it?” underscores a collective sense of betrayal and demand for accountability. With its rhythmic chant and driving energy, the song becomes both a protest anthem and a call for transparency in a world where power and wealth too often disappear “down Panama way.”

Song Description
„Sea Change“ is about clinging to love and hope in the middle of chaos and fear. Using images of floods, storms, battles, and darkness, the lyrics describe two people seeking shelter—physically and emotionally—while the world around them collapses. Despite danger, terror, and uncertainty, the repeated promise is that “we will be okay.” Love is portrayed as a refuge and a force strong enough to protect them until a new tomorrow arrives, when life can begin again and what truly matters will be revealed.
