Pokwana is a dynamic, innovative and versatile leader. He is a hard working and efficient team player with exceptional personal and communication skills. An events manager with a background in human resources, project management and client services. After taking a detour from the music industry for a short while late in 2005 he headed the Market Theatre Foundation's Client Services Department. Pokwana is also a trainer and a qualified training assessor specialising in Events and Project Management. He has facilitated in many learnerships, skills programs and workshops throughout all the 9 provinces. He has also received developmental training in the following areas: Performance Management; Training Assessment; Train-a-trainer course in The Business of Music; Live Events Production and Management; Road Management and Live Events Stage Management
