Gabi Le Roux is a Multi-instrumentalist Composer and Music Producer, who first turned professional in 1976 and toured throughout Southern Africa, p[laying the Southern Sun- and Holiday Inn Circuit. In 1989 he Produced his first Album for the late Mbaqanga Star, Themba Ngwenya. Since then he has established himself as one of the most prolific Hit-Producers in South Africa, working with most of the Music Icons of the past 2 decades. See References below.

Kaleidosound was established in 1995 by Composer/Producer Gabi Le Roux and House Guru Tim White, concentrating on South African contemporary Urban Music at the time. within the first 2 years they had established Icon Kwaito Group Chiskop (with members Mandoza and GTZ) producing 2 Gold and 1 Platinum Album by end 1997. In 1998 they establishe the hugely successful Fresh House Flavour Brand (DJ Fresh) then parted ways amicably in 1999. Gabi went on to Produce Mandoza's Solo Album and co-composed huge hits like Nkalakatha, Since then Gabi was responsible for Productions / Compositions garnering a massive 17 SAMA Nominations, 5 SAMA Awards and 2 SAMA Song of the Year Awards, as well as many Metro and other Awards. Kaleidosound (based in Green Point, Cape Town) has now evolved into Kaleido-Media which is a Full-media House, Producing Artists, Music Videos and Editing, Stills Shoots & Styling, TV / Radio Jingles (with Clients including Clicks, Engen, Old Mutual, Mutual & Federal and many more).
