BAAR. also known as Brenda Adigwe is a Recording Artist, Songwriter, and Producer from Africa, Nigeria to be precise, and is best known for electrifying performances. Brenda Adigwe was signed to Universal Music, South Africa/ Nigeria. Starting out through several music competitions in her hometown, in 2016, was where she came to the limelight with her outstanding live performances on The Voice Nigeria season 1 where she emerged 3rd place under the coaching of the Legend, 2face Idibia. In 2017, BAAR. collaborated with Amari Musiq owned by Patoranking where she worked as both A & R, BGV, songwriter with Patoranking on 2 of his most successful albums Wilmer and Three. Traveling round the world performing in 2018, she was on tour with Lauryn Hill x Live Nation with Fire Republik the official band of Patoranking. She toured 8 states in the US, Jamaica and so on alongside Patoranking. 2010: Youngest contestant in the MTN Project fame Academy 2011: Alumni of PEFTI, 6months, Music. 2012 - 2013: BGV for Sheyi Shay. 2014: Star - The winner is, South Africa. 2015: Nigerian Idol, semi-finalist 2016: The Voice Nigeria, Finalist 2017: Employer at Amari Musiq 2017 - 2018: Universal Music, Recording Artist at (South Africa/Nigeria) 2018: Miseducation Tour with Ms Lauryn Hill, Amari Musiq, Live Nation. 2018: BGV at Tidal x Brooklyn 2018– 2021: Frequent Recording/ BGV work with Amari Musiq in: * New York * Jamaica * Zambia * Sierra Leone * Zimbabwe * Uganda * Maryland * Houston * Chicago 2022 - BGV, IBEJII music. She currently runs BAAR.MGT to give back to the creatives in Africa, and educate them through the importance of the Music Business.
