Tayari Howard is a second generation broadcaster with more than forty-two years in the broadcast/journalism field. His mother was one of America's first Black female radio personalities and producers and his father programmed "Negro" radio stations in the early 40's and 50's. Tayari has more than 20,000 hours on air, produced more than 6,000 commercials and public service announcements and served as a Master of Ceremonies of over 7,000 events. He has received a "lifetime" achievement award from US President Barack Obama and been recognized by former US President George Bush Jr.

The corporation holds digital licensing for www.kksdjazz.com which is a Smooth Jazz, R & B, Mainstream Jazz and Neo-Soul station as well as kblk talk radio/tv which will be completed in 2015. The corporation plans to house four digital internet stations by the end of 2015.
