Stevie is a Producer,Composer,Keyboards Drums Funk-Rock-Latin-Soul… Stevie is a natural born musician and as drummer, His solid Bronx groove has powered several name acts such as R&B diva Sara Dash(La Belle / Rolling Stones), gospel legend Linda Hopkins, POP greats Kid Creole and the Coconuts, Classic Soul's Jerry Butler, R&B legends THE PERSUADERS, Rock & Roll Hall Of Famers DION & THE BELMONT'S. In 1980, Stevie joined Arista Records Platinum recording artist G.Q., whose three NUMBER ONE GOLD/PLATINUM billboard hit singles include the now classic dance hit “DISCO NIGHTS”,"I DO LOVE YOU" & "SITTING IN THE PARK". Steve received both gold and platinum albums for his work with G.Q. Extensive world touring has brought him to many large venues around the world such as Soldiers Field in Chicago, Cobo Arena in Detroit, Giant Stadium in New Jersey, Madison Square Garden in NYC, and The Winter Splash Music Festival on the island of Jamaica. During that time he shared the stage & played for many popular acts like #1 Canadian Country Rock Platinum superstars Greg Keelor & Jim Cuddy of "BLUE RODEO" and funk legends Kool and the Gang, The Isley Brothers, JAZZ Vocalist's Natalie Cole,and Phyllis Hyman. Stevie is also a multi-talented songwriter/producer who possesses an amazing musical insight that constantly inspires other musicians. As a songwriter with an arsenal of songs to his credit, Stevie is an endless source of creativity who has written in virtually every genre of music. He scored the music for popular Nintendo VIDEO Games including Gaming Hall of Fame Million Selling “Major League Baseball with Ken Griffey Jr.” Stevie also composed the musical score for 2 Off-Broadway plays. “RUS” which opened to rave reviews in NYC. in 2010, Stevie composed the score for the off Broadway Play "Touchscape, An Emotional Striptease". His instincts, hard work, and constant energy have facilitated many musical projects throughout his career including Dance Music Pioneers "Devoshun"(SMI RECORDS), "Steve A’s Blockparty", "Street Child", and "Lori Rose and the Rocketeers" (MCA RECORDS). It was Stevie’s intuitive vision that facilitated the recent return of the "PIONEERS OF LATIN ROCK" "SEGUIDA NY LATIN ROCK" on the Fania music label to the spotlight. Stevie also heads his own music label "Onroda MusicWorks" and has produced and released Cd's for Artist "Lori Rose" , "Seguida", Devoshun and "Stevie Beatz"...
