This song features a jungle drum groove and a lush synth melody, which gives the listener a sense of being on a hot pursuit. Highlighted are the drums and keyboards throughout; however, there is a lengthy guitar solo which is reminiscent of players such as Carlos Santana and the likes of Scott Henderson. The soloists featured on guitar are Drew Preston, a native Floridian known for his tasteful jazz, rock and blues stylings, and Federico Himiob, the Venezuelan virtuoso who now resides in South Florida. The end of the song takes an unexpected turn, with a foray into reggae along with a subtle melodic quote from Roberta Flack's THE CLOSER I GET TO YOU. The song was composed, produced, engineered and mastered by Kam Falk, who also performed on bass and keys. Ricardo Mazzi provides the groove on drums.

Kam Falk is a bassist/keyboardist/composer from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He performs regularly all over the globe and is a founding member of Bigtime Tributes (http://bigtimetributes.com). His debut album, NATIVE TONGUE, features twelve special guests, including Gerry Brown (Stevie Wonder, Stanley Clarke), Delmar Brown (Sting, Miles), Elliott Randall (Steely Dan, Doobie Bros.), Jonathan Joseph (Jeff Beck), and many others. Kam completed his three mvmt. BELLIGER SYMPHONY in 2007. He released RETRO-RESPECT (iconic cover arrangements) and WEDDING DAY (solo piano) in 2010, NATIVE TONGUE II in 2016 (with 16 stellar guests), and FIGHT OR FLIGHT in 2020 (also featuring guitarist, Federico Himiob). When the pandemic struck in 2020, he began to research diverse cultures and how each copes with adversity. That was the impetus for his ETHOS project, a 10-song series that delves into each of the 10 cross-cultural philosophies he discovered. He has thus far released ACCEPTANCE (UKEIRERU), SIX DREAMS (ZEN), and CONVERGENCE (LAGOM) as singles. Once all 10 songs have been completed, he will release them on vinyl/DVD, along with extras, such as original demos, scores and parts in PDF format, alternate takes, and a meticulously crafted pamphlet explaining how each of the 10 soundscapes represents a mindset that promotes peace and fulfillment in times of trial.
