個人簡介

Two recent, personal ‘world tours’ throughout Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, expanded my music business vision and network and led to the creation of my new music company ‘Sygny Records’ Spring 2010. While working full-time as an executive researcher and finishing my PhD thesis in Psychology, I actively volunteered for a ‘Graceland-style’ cultural music project called ‘Spirit of Maluku,’ created by music artist ‘The Afterward’ (facebook.com/theafterward). Four years forward, after helping manage a Winter tour in Italy and obtaining my doctorate from Leiden University, I gave up my executive research position in The Netherlands and joined The Afterward full-time, as personal manager. On behalf of my artist I've officially relocated the business and brand to London and managed career planning, administration, international tax compliance, personal development, projects, and HR. All this led to the founding of my young, modern, UK music company, Sygny Records. Through Sygny Records, I'm involved in all aspects of the artist career, as needed: management, recording, publishing and touring. I'm a proud member of MMF, BPI and AIM.
