Company profile
The “Orchestra of Cultures” is a unique orchestra in the world that combines classical symphonic music and stirring rhythms with ethnic instruments and singers from all over the world to create an exciting new musical world. The orchestra was founded in Stuttgart in 2010 by Adrian Werum and received the Manfred Rommel Prize in 2013. It performed two symphonies specially composed by Adrian Werum for SIXT in Munich and Davos. With SWR it recorded new versions of German folk songs. The orchestra appears, among other things, on Bible TV and is very active in CD production. A first CD was released in 2014 with the Indonesian jazz pianist Deviana Daugsja. This year there will be an album of Chinese folk songs with guitarist Daniel Stelter as well as an operetta album with Jay Alexander.
