Rolf Schroeder, who once launched an eyewear collection for TABALUGA, became a music and artist manager over 20 years ago. The impetus for the career change came from major concert and tour organizer Fritz Rau, who raved to Schroeder about his job as the best in the world on the sidelines of a Maffay open-air concert. He also represents concert agencies and artists, providing them with advice and support on their way to the limelight, using all his experience and good contacts in the music scene and with commercial enterprises just as professionally as the professionals. Rolf Schroeder is always looking for new challenges. He never stands still, because boredom is a foreign word to him.

One of the first artists that Schroeder managed was extreme athlete Joey Kelly. The very friendly collaboration between the exceptional athlete and the manager was not only very successful for Joey Kelly, but also had a significant influence on Schroeder's future career. In the meantime, he can refer to a wide range of sophisticated sponsorship projects with national and international artists, DJ Bobo, the Count of UNHEILIG, Joey Kelly and presenter and entertainer Daniel Aminati, among many others. The successful and close collaboration with the world-class entertainer DJ BOBO has now lasted 28 years. He has also extended his work to the TV sector and built up an impressive network with television professionals. Whether at the WOK World Cup, Stockcar Race, Autoball World Cup, Schlag den Star, 5 gegen Jauch, ZDF Fernsehgarten, Pool Champions, Carmen Nebel, Drei nach Neun or many other formats - he always skillfully places his protégés at the various TV events and, of course, also looks after them on location.
