Chris B Hong Kong-born promoter, singer, guitarist, and songwriter Chris B has fuelled the city's indie scene for over two decades with her blue hair and rockabilly vibe – dubbed the "tattooed fairy godmother" and "Hong Kong’s live music pioneer." Lead singer/songwriter for The Ferals (HK), their 2024 debut “Woofie” snagged a C.A.S.H. nomination; she's a C.A.S.H. member since 1994, hosted RTHK's "The Indie Show," and matches brands to artists while championing rights from gigs to global stages. Chris was named 2012’s “Indie Champion of the World.” by VIMA Music Awards. The VIMA Music Awards (formerly Voice Independent Music Awards) is a Malaysian-founded, globally recognized platform dedicated to celebrating the diverse and innovative landscape of independent musicians from Asia and around the world. Launched in 2008 in Kuala Lumpur, it was the first independent music awards of its kind in Asia.
