Carl Mills is the representative for Music 2 Deal Netherlands & is CEO of his company Strictly Rolling, a record label, publisher and music promoter based in The Netherlands. Strictly Rolling has been active since 2011 and focusses on dance, soul, reggae, hip hop and nu funk. Strictly Rolling is on a mission to discover and promote new music talent from all over the globe. Whether it’s the heaviest of hip hop beats, the funkiest of groove or the most slamming dance tracks, only one thing matters here. It has to be hot! Carl has one aim in mind with Strictly Rolling.
