Roger is a well-known performer in Queensland and across Australia, with a strong presence in both corporate and private events, as well as with Opera Queensland and Opera Australia. Some of his career highlights include performing for Olivia Newton-John and partners at the exclusive GAIA Retreat and Spa in NSW, singing at the Landaa Giraavaru Four Seasons Resort in the Maldives, working alongside international soprano Louise Kennedy as a featured artist in "Puccini and Fettuccini," and his involvement in local community theatre productions such as playing Piangi in Phantom of the Opera, Alfredo in Die Fledermaus, and Alfredo in La Traviata. In February 2022, Roger sang the role of the Bishop in the Main Stage production of the iconic Broadway musical Les Miserables at Redcliffe Entertainment Centre. He recently performed as a guest soloist in the annual Opera in the Gardens in Brisbane. After performing in the UK and Europe, he returned to Australia and became a driving force behind the much-celebrated singing sensation The Ten Tenors. Roger is known for his unique trademark performance tributes, such as "Pavarotti Forever" and Phantom of the Opera, as well as his shows "Singing Waiter and Surprise by Disguise" and "Tenor US" as one-half of 2 Tenors Show. He has made a name for himself in Asia, performing under contract at the Venetian Casino in Macau and with regular performances at the annual Singapore F1 Grand Prix.
