Perfil personal

I am an ex-professional musician who applied my trade as a drummer. In 1989 I started my journey with Electronic music, starting out by playing keyboards and synthesizers on a self taught . This mainly and hugely influenced by '80s synth pop pioneers Depeche Mode. With the digital age and evolution of Digital Audio Workstations a new interest and fascination with electronic music was established. My first experience and largely my best learning tool on DAWs came with Reason. I then moved onto Cakewalks Sonar. This all in the mid '90s. Today, I am self taught EDM muso with about 15 years of experience. I make use of most ultra modern and current Softsynths, the likes of Native Instruments, Spectrasonics, reFX, Sylenth to name just a few. I produce in real time, by programming, by sampling and/or samples as well as live recording ( mainly vocals on the latter). Although I have vast years of experience, I learn everyday and still have much more to learn.

Compilation Of Atmosphere is a project based outfit specializing in the EDM genre (Electronic Dance Music). Those interested in sharing ideas and similar interests are welcome to get in touch. The current layout of the project consists of myself, and two exceptionally talented vocalists/songwriters: Kristen Wheeler (lead vox on most productions) and Elzje Strauss ( backing vox and lead on occasion).
