He has helped to coach and inspire new and existing businesses, both nationally, and internationally, through a unique philosophy of customer "connected-ness." This is a heightened awareness of people, and business trends, rooted in the idea that finding the "music" in the relationship with the customer is elemental, not an afterthought. He believes that with the right coaching, this approach can lead to a more beneficial experience for the customer, and a lasting, more fulfilling success for the entrepreneur.
