I’m Vera Knox, a professional vocalist, lyricist, songwriter, and topline vocalist working behind the scenes with artists, producers, and music creators since 2010. My work focuses on turning musical ideas into vocals, lyrics, and toplines that feel natural to the production and communicate the emotion of the song. I work across Pop, Country, Rock, EDM, Rap, Gospel, and other contemporary styles. I provide female lead vocals, original toplines, songwriting and lyrics, harmonies and vocal stacks, featured vocals, duet vocals, Gospel harmonies and ad-libs, as well as vocal layers for electronic and dance productions. I also enjoy working with producers who already have a strong instrumental or unfinished idea and need the right vocal direction to help shape it into a complete song. My approach is focused on authentic vocal performance, emotional delivery, clear songwriting, and giving each production a vocal identity that fits rather than forcing a formula onto it.
