BIO
From 2011 - 2012, Ray Pairan (using a.k.a. Raylan Cooper) concentrated on recording new music in the studio and getting it out on the radio like "Radio Roquette Pinto 94.1 FM" in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. Raylan earned a 5-STAR rating on Music2Deal. Raylan was regularly featured on WPRK's Local Heroes which is a radio show on 91.5 FM (Orlando) every Wednesday from 5pm-7pm, also being played on 91.5 FM in the greater Orlando, Florida area. Raylan was the Featured Artist for seven days on MyCountrySpace. Raylan held the #1 Vocalist position on Music2Deal. Traditional Country Music Hall of Fame recipient and President of Colt Records J. K. Coltrain asked Raylan to attend the 7th Country Star Showcase at the renowned Limelight in Nashville. Rudolf Dahlinger with RCD Music Records in Germany gave Raylan 5 stars on Music2Deal (the international music industry nexus) saying that his rendition of "I'll Still Be Loving You" was a "beautiful rendition of this county song..." From 1979 - 1987, Raylan was the Frontman for the alt rock group Zillias playing primarily in renowned South Florida Miami area clubs. Zillias was similar in style to Duran Duran and Depeche Mode verging almost on alternative with venues in the more avant-garde club scene like Club Deco-1235 (Miami Beach), Casanovas (Miami), Club Nu (Miami Beach), and Facade (Miami).
