I'm a music industry clearance professional and owner of On The Record Music Services. The company provides music clearance, licensing, copyright and paralegal services to record companies, music publishers, songwriters, entertainment law firms and others in the entertainment industries. Prior to starting the company, I was a Manager at BMG Entertainment, responsible for mechanical and synchronization licensing for the RCA Records family of labels as well as several smaller BMG-affiliated record labels. My music business career began as a paralegal at the entertainment law firm Grubman Indursky & Schindler (currently Grubman Indursky & Shire) where I had the good fortune to work with the most high-profile artists in the world, and learn from some of the most highly respected entertainment attorneys in the business.
