'Carecuca' is a mixed media performing artist and composer. Born in the Dominican Republic and migrating to New York City, their music expresses storytelling, queerness, and experiments with various genres. They have performed in Carnegie Hall’s Masterworks Festival and Tribeca Performing Arts Center, while their musical scores have been used at BronxNet Television Network and ShiftNYC by The NYC Mayor's Office of Media Entertainment.
