I am a Synesthetic Sonic Consultant specialising in high-level perceptual analysis of sound, music and listening experience. My work is built around synesthesia, an uncommon neurological condition in which sound can automatically produce visual or sensory experiences. In my case, I perceive sound as a multidimensional form defined by structure, colour, movement, scale, density, position and texture. Combined with my BA (Hons) in Architecture, a deep practical understanding of DAW-based audio production and years of intensive analytical listening, this mode of perception allows me to examine sound as an interconnected system rather than as a sequence of isolated elements.

The consultancy adds a specialist layer to production, mixing, mastering, A&R evaluation and release-stage decision-making, supporting clearer judgement around sound quality, structure, movement, cohesion and listener response. This perspective can help identify relationships, imbalances and dynamic behaviours that may be difficult to detect through standard technical assessment alone. It is particularly relevant where a track may already sound strong, but still needs deeper confirmation of its ability to resonate, connect and deliver a convincing human experience. This may include review of tonal balance, low-end behaviour, dynamic control, spatial impact, clarity, cohesion, emotional force and overall release readiness.
