The company By the Music is directed by Carlos Vicente and is Artistic Director Yolanda Smith . Have a fixed crew of 5 elements . The Company Director Carlos Vicente was created in London and speaks fluent English . In London , Carlos Vicente held a public relations firm and directed a team of about 30 people . Even then it was related shows organized all the necessary logistics required by major international artists as Tina Turner , Bon Jovi , David Bowie , Tom Cruise , Kim Basinger , Jack Nicholson etc .... but it was only in Portugal who decided to open a company directly related to musical performances . Music by the author along with singer-songwriter Yolanda Soares .
