Jagdeep – a young British asian with a passion for music. Jagdeep was born in the UK, and is a very confident vocalist. Gifted with a versatile vocal range, his music spans various genres - Bollywood Film Music (1940's - 2009), Indian-Pop, Bhangra, Folk, Qawwali, Ghazals, Bhajans and Semi-Classical. He started singing to Hindi film tracks from a young age and as long as he can remember, he always wanted to be a playback singer. Inspired by Bollywood Hindi singers; Mohd Rafi and Sonu Niigaam, Jagdeep, incorporates traditional ‘Bollywood’ vocals to all his tracks in a professional manner. He is currently producing an album that he hopes to release in the very near future with tracks originally from Bollywood films with an ‘East meets West’ music fusion. Jagdeep is currently a solo artist, but would consider joining other artists/bands to collaborate with. I truly believe that Jagdeep is an undiscovered talent that has alot to offer this industry.
