In the early 2000s, boy bands were popular all over the world. Groups like Take That or New Kids on the Block dominated the charts and so there were a lot of other bands from all over the world at the time who wanted to do the same as their great role models. In Switzerland, the duo KIWI formed around the two musicians Sam Spörri & Marcel Kistler. Under the direction of Walt Zweifel, a production was created with Kiwi in Toronto, Canada, intended for the Swiss market. 10 tracks were produced and were ready for the final mix and production. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, this production had to be postponed and lay in the drawer for many years. At the beginning of this year 2024, Sam, one of the heads of Kiwi, decided to bring the production back to life. The production was reworked, remixed and remastered and the first track "Deep in my Heart" from the original KIWI production, recorded at Rogue Studios in Toronto, was released under the name "Project SAM". The new production was mixed and mastered by Mikel Sirman (SBA) in Dubai and the musical direction continued to be in the hands of Walt Zweifel from Switzerland, now the mastermind behind the music project Aeoline. Sam is now working with Walt & Mikel and will soon be back in Dubai as well as in the studio in Switzerland. You can now listen to the track "Deep in my Heart" like an echo from days gone by, as if you had put on VR glasses and were traveling back to the early 2000s... Ready Player One.
