As the sole founder of Thousand Mile Music, I am a producer, sound designer and composer originally from a recording studio background, via the SAE and onto the BBC, where my background is mainly in radio. I primarily worked full time as a promotions and imaging producer/trails maker/music bed maker for BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra, 6Music and BBC Radio 2 for more than 15 years. I still work for the BBC as a freelancer and most recently produced the current imaging package for BBC Radio 6 Music.

Welcome to Thousand Mile Music, a new MCPS production music label aimed at servicing the radio, TV, film, advertising and games industry. We are a growing collective of experienced musicians, producers and sound designers. Based in key cities, we compose and collaborate between Tokyo and New York, via Sydney, London, Berlin and Stockholm. We release EPs focusing on original electronic music with an organic and experimental DIY-edge. Each EP includes an original mix, plus remixes offering various moods, genres and tempos, from infused modern beats and atmospheric soundtracks, to lo-fi electronica and melodic grooves. www.thousandmilemusic.com
