I have a developing label called I'm Pop You're Disco. The concept is simple in design; work with the right artist/s, help them find their essence, write or produce a song or songs, in a trusted setting, with a trusted team, all working toward the same goal- the creation of their song! A song has its own essence and the whole point is to find that. Every decision, every line, every sound has to be about the song finding its own unique life.
