Starting out as a singer in a high school band in Jena, Germany, Andrea’s initial career was cut short by tragedy: the early death of her father left her unable to perform for years. Change came when vocal coach Tina Rogers took Andrea under her wings in 2011, resulting in several performances on major stages. Following a tour with a comedian, Andrea’s talent was discovered by a cover band that made her lead singer and took her to hundreds of gigs around the country. Andrea used that period to hone her voice with songs by Tina Turner, Bonnie Tyler, Amy McDonald and others before leaving the band in 2017 to strike out on her own. Her solo career kicked off when she reached the final of a nationwide song contest. Now, with the support of fellow musicians, she is ready to present the EP “Back To Rock”.
