In the Dutch media landscape there is nothing left to prove for Inge van Calkar. Not only did she star in the TV show “The Best Singer-Songwriter of Holland” a few years ago, also various band projects of hers found their way into the radio during the past. But creativity is a process for Inge van Calkar. And thus the singer decided to change the acoustic guitar for an electric one. Gone are the days of campfire romance. Instead, van Calkar has discovered the zeitgeist of pop with her new songs and has released a steady stream of strong singles somewhere between Blondie and Dua Lipa. In the Netherlands she has been on various radio rotations already plus at the top of Spotify playlists. Not to mention the singer's stage presence: Completely wrapped in white and with her white Fender guitar, Inge van Calkar captivates her live audience from the very first moment. In september Inge van Calkar released her album RESET.
