Profil personnel

I started playing bass in 1967 playing American clubs in Germany. In 1980 I was making custom bass guitars in my shop "Mr. Bassman". Founded the world´s first bass magazine "Der Rasende Bass-Bote" in 1985 and worked as a music journalist for various magazines. Started Hot Wire Records in 1989 producing jazz and fusion. Came back to bass-making in 1999 and created the Hot Wire Bass. I play the Blues with the Crazee Inlaws.
