Born in Westphalia in 1972, Marc Florian Friedrich soon began writing songs and poetry. As a teenager he performed his first concerts with an own band and worked in different studios to get familiar with recording and audio-engineering. After school and civil service he travelled all over Germany to realize projects with great musicians and producers such as Robert Parr (Beach Boys, Cher), Rolf Hanekamp (Grönemeyer, Wolf Maahn), Wolfram Machhold (Hubert Kah, Laurent Daniels) & Zlatko Manojlovic (Falco, Joe Cocker). He also wrote and writes about music & culture in magazines & newspapers (Musiker Magazin, Neue Westfälische). But still the main thing was and is composing, arranging and producing groovy music with intelligent and deeply emotional german lyrics. In 2005 MFF released his solo-debut "Autoren der Wahrheit" (Authors of truth), which was very well reviewed in the media.In 2006 he released an audio-book named "Und ewig bockt das Weib" on Kangaroobooks (Italy). In 2008 his second solo-album "Augen in der Großstadt" (Eyes in the big city) was published. Also he did some workshops for children and teenager at that time. Later on he published the single "Es geht auch anders" for the initiative "Taking Responsibility" and produced the famous "Theater Supabella", that was nominated for the "German Show Award 2009" (www.supabella.de). Currently he is working on a new solo-album and lately he finished his work as producer and musician on Astrid Haukes new CD "Fischparty" (www.astridhauke.de). He also realised Mix & Mastering for the Debut-Album of PMG: "Putsch" (www.pmg-musik.de). He also realised the live-album of bielefelds famous childmusic-band Löffelpiraten (www.loeffelpiraten.de) The people who are still in the struggle of survival & starve because of loveless surroundings now delegate him the status of a lyrical prophet. A new Solo-Album will be released in 2015. Watch out for those great and intensive songs that will move your body and your brain!
