Created and managed by Cédric Waucquez, an attorney specialized in copyright and neighboring rights, D.A.D. develops tools, AI systems, and legal solutions to ensure artists are fairly recognized and compensated. Our main activities include: • Copyright & neighboring rights management — registration, enforcement, and recovery of unpaid royalties. • AI-based detection tools — identifying unauthorized uses, plagiarism, and hidden synchronizations on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. • Licensing systems for creators — including the DAD Partner License, allowing YouTubers and brands to use artists’ music legally while sharing ad revenues. • Artist representation and legal protection — negotiation of contracts, settlements, and synchronization deals. • Digital strategy for artists — analytics, growth optimization, and revenue tracking through data-driven tools.
