Personal profile

I was born in Milan on 10 June 1970 and 11 years, driven by my brother Paul (drums) take it in my hands for the first time the guitar. Needless to say, I do not left no more. From 1982 to 1992 I take guitar lessons from master Giorgio Baratta who I will never cease to thank for his method of study. In 1985 come the RAMS, Rock 'n' Blues Band that will remain active until 2010, with numerous gigs in pubs, beer halls, summer festivals and meetings in Lombardy and Switzerland. In 1988 I graduated from Art School Milan (II Liceo Artistico in Milan). The February 26, 2005 is organized a concert at Ittolittos in Milan to celebrate 20 years of activities of the RAMS, with the participation of some musician friends who take turns on stage at the venue. In March 2014 are the SLACKERS, new Rock band. I am currently recording songs that I wrote all these years, which are published on my site http://andreaastarita.wix.com/andrea-astarita
